Lund University is a leading institution in retail and logistics research.

With successful researchers, teachers, and previous initiatives, such as the Centre for Retail Research at Lund Univeristy (funded by the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council 2014–2018), we have laid the foundation for long-term development in retail and logistics. To strengthen and further develop this position, the Centre for Retail and Logistics (REAL) was established, creating a clear structure and collaboration between several faculties and departments at Lund University.

Helsingborg has long been a significant hub for retail and logistics in the Öresund region and Sweden. Lund University established Campus Helsingborg to leverage the strong local connection to these areas. Through REAL and our location at Campus Helsingborg, we can further develop both education and research in retail and logistics, benefiting sustainable societal development and international competitiveness.
